Amsterdam (Netherlands)

For over 100 years DUPI Amsterdam and its predecessors have represented the large majority of P&I Clubs. As a professional P&I correspondent, DUPI Amsterdam provides 24 hours immediate assistance, on the spot if required. The company renders services not only in the ports between IJmuiden and Amsterdam city center, but also in the ports of Den Helder, Harlingen, Eemshaven and Delfzijl. Furthermore, DUPI Amsterdam offers claims consultancy services. We can negotiate on your behalf, advice on actions to be taken, obtain evidence and conduct proceedings, as appropriate.

Antwerp (Belgium)

DUPI Antwerp N.V., established in 1960 by Mr. Caethoven, is one of the largest and most advanced transport claims agency in the greater Antwerp area and dedicated to the protection of Shipowners, carriers and their P&I and H&M providers. For many years Dupi Antwerp N.V. is supported by the large majority of P&I Clubs. The company offers full scale P&I correspondent and broking services to the Belgian and international shipping community. As correspondents, we service the ports of Antwerp, Ghent, the Belgian coastal ports Zeebrugge and Ostend as well as smaller inland ports such as Brussels and Liège.

Copenhagen (Denmark)

Dupi Copenhagen is established in 2001 and has emerged as one of the leading P&I specialist in the region.

Besides our traditional P&I activities such as broking, claims handling and correspondent services, we also offer similar services on Hull & Machinery, Loss of Hire and War insurance. Therewith DUPI Copenhagen provides the full rage of products required in the international shipping world of today.The company employs three dedicated specialist who together bring more than 75 years of experience, both in insurance as well as shipping.

Claims services are included for our entered clients and can also be provided on an ad-hoc consultancy basis for non entered clients. In the event of a claim, one phone call is all that is required to get us involved. We provide 24 hour immediate assistance. On the spot, if necessary. A claim disrupts your natural course of business and should therefore be resolved as fast as possible. Throughout our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark we employ over 20 dedicated claims people. Dutch P&I Services is one of the leading specialized P&I correspondents in the world with a team of dedicated correspondents and claims handlers employed in four offices. We are proud to represent the vast majority of P&I Clubs and P&I insurers. A team of people with vast experience in the P&I Industry, in-house lawyers and young talent is available 24/7 to assist Clubs and their members, insurers, ship owners and charterers. Cargo claims, oil pollutions, collisions, stowaways, personal injuries, repatriation of crew, bunker disputes or any further liabilities – our team is ready to assist in order to minimize losses and costs for our principals or to assist their master and crew.
